Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join a team dedicated to designing, developing, and marketing advanced wound healing technologies within the medical device industry. This role involves working collaboratively with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.

ResponsibilitiesConduct 25% of activities in receiving inspection.Support various quality functions such as QMS documentation, CAPA support, and validation activities, covering 75% of responsibilities.Prepare engineering and test samples.Receive and inspect incoming raw materials.Record test results and compare them to acceptance criteria.Print and verify finished product labeling.Review and approve product lot folders.Support equipment installation and qualification activities.Assist in developing internal and supplier-based quality plans.Essential SkillsProficiency in using measurement tools like Micrometers and Calipers.Experience with QMS documentation.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Technician role, preferably in the medical device industry.Strong documentation skills.Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred 2-year degree.Experience in quality testing, medical device documentation, and CAPA.Capability to support labeling activities.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
