About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support the testing, inspection, and documentation of solid insulating products. This role is essential in ensuring product integrity and compliance with internal and customer specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience engineering and a passion for materials testing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process intermediates, finished goods, and developmental materials.Conduct physical, chemical, and performance-based testing.Document and report test results in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality and Manufacturing Engineering departments.Assist with equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting.Communicate results with production, R&D, and engineering teams.Required SkillsInspection, quality control, and assuranceRoot cause analysis and quality engineeringFamiliarity with quality management systems and testing proceduresStrong documentation and organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communicationPreferred QualificationsAS or BS Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical preferred)Experience in a quality, manufacturing, or lab environmentFamiliarity with chemical/materials testing and lab proceduresProficiency in spreadsheets, document control systems, and quality data systemsWork EnvironmentCombination of laboratory and manufacturing settingsBusiness casual dress codeSupportive and collaborative team cultureWhy Join Us?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
