Role Definition

To support Shanghai Inbound Processing Center & Distribution Center daily operations in terms of aftermarket parts quality.

What You Will Do

Take charge of quality inspection for all incoming material from suppliers and other quality issues in daily operation, also support the quality issues raised by dealers

Work with global quality team, global purchase/parts supplying and product design team to define & solve the specific quality issues.

Responsible for daily operations of the quality team.

What You Have

Have the Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools; ability to design, plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality, like developing product testing procedures and participating in selecting testing environment and tools.

Have the knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization. Adhere to organizational quality management processes and practices. Could use quality evaluation tools and techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections.

Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Process large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy. Demonstrate expertise in quality assurance tools, techniques, and standards.

The ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Evaluate past decisions for insights to improve decision-making process.

Have the knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA).

具备机械零件质量控制和检验相关知识和能力，包括但不限于尺寸，硬度，拉伸等能够使用常规的检验量具（卡尺、千分尺等）、三坐标仪，硬度计等具备英语沟通能力（口语及书面），CET-4级以上具备理科基础知识及金属零件检验经验者会是加分项

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
