About the Role:

Focused on ensuring compliance with quality requirements for processes and products, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This role is key to ensuring conformity with internal and external standards, as well as maintaining effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Follow-up on Customer Fast Response, including notifications to cross-functional teams, RCCA, and findings.

Daily review and monitoring of PPM in the GSN system; reporting and sharing rejection information with the customer (RCCAs and/or Task Codes in NCMs – Disposition negotiation).

Review and receipt of NCMs in EtQ, interplant AQEs (external), and external notifications, as well as direct customer contact.

Documentation and follow-up on customer dispositions (returns, rework, scrap, deviations, etc.):

Creation of RGAs, proformas, ZPRWs, return POs, credit notes, etc.

Coordination of CQMS and ISO audits, monthly status emails, and tracking of internal and external NCRs.

Execution of 5S audits and follow-up on findings.

Management and maintenance of up-to-date quality documentation (PPAPs, PCNs, AQEs).

Participation in APQP reviews and ensuring deliverables are met.

Analysis of quality deviations and coordination of corrective/preventive actions.

Support in Value Stream certifications and external audits.

Use of SAP to record, track, and analyze quality information.

Collaboration with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure product quality.

Required education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field) and intermediate to advance

English (technical reading, writing, and speaking)

Skills Required:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

Thorough review of technical documentation (PPAPs, PCNs, deviations).

Data validation in SAP and other management systems.

Rigorous follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Management:

Coordination of CQMS and ISO audits.

Participation in customer service processes and certifications.

Monitoring and control of PPM and external AQEs.

Root Cause Analysis:

Application of methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and data analysis.

Documentation and follow-up of corrective actions (CAVs, AQEs).

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Desired Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in ETQ (PPAPs, NCMs, PCNs, Deviations, CAR modules).

Experience with SAP (quality and production modules).

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Familiarity with quality tools: FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC.

This vacancy is in Cienega de Flores.

Hours are Monday through Friday.

Relocation is not available.
