Quality Technician
Quality Assurance Technician – Food Manufacturing

Join a team that’s passionate about quality and food safety! We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to help uphold the highest standards in our food manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our products meet rigorous quality and safety standards before they reach our customers.

What You’ll DoConduct quality tests on finished products for acid, salt, pH, sulfites, and perform metal detection.Inspect fill weights, drained weights, and identify defects or abnormal colors/flavors.Verify accurate coding on packaging and cases.Perform routine audits and troubleshoot quality-related issues on the production floor.Maintain accurate and timely QA/QC documentation.Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, and other food safety regulations.QualificationsA degree in Biology, Food Science, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Biochemistry, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to holding production to the highest quality standards.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

OR

1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment.Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, FDA/USDA standards.Work Environment

This is a lab-based role with regular interaction on the production floor for sample collection. Training will be provided on the day shift for 2–4 weeks. Schedule is Monday through Friday 10pm-6:30am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
