Job Responsibilities:

Perform job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the JIS plansPerform First Article Inspection (FAI) and Delta FAI per AS9102 requirementsConduct process/product and/or Certified Operator auditsProper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipmentProper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperworkKeep workstations clean and hazard free

Job Requirements:

NITEC qualification in Precision Engineering or equivalentGood knowledge of GD&TAt least 3 years of working experience in a QualityNon Destructive Testing (NDT) inspection or Special Processes skillsSpecialized inspection skills (Gear inspection)Use of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) / Basic programming knowledge (Carl Zeiss / Wenzel)Able to perform weekly rotating shifts
