If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile. **NIGHT SHIFT QUALITY TECHNICAL OPERATOR II QUALITY CONTROL** **PAY: $19.38 per hour + $.50 night shift differential** **SHIFT: 6pm to 6am** **1st WEEK: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (36 hours)** **2nd WEEK: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (48 hours)** Evaluates quality of tile during manufacturing process to ensure specifications are met. + Performs quality checks on work in progress for thickness, size, gloss, color, etc. + Inspects product samples to ensure quality standards are met. + Audits glaze line operations to ensure applications are performing efficiently. + Audits selection departments to ensure applications are performing efficiently. + Documents test results. + Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor. + Follows standard operating procedures. + Keeps area safe, clean and organized. + Performs other related duties as required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 3 years previous manufacturing/production experience. Quality Control experience preferred. Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Good math skills.
