Your success is our success\. **Description** + **JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for developing processes and changes that result in creating a quality conscious environment which shows a reduction of defects\. Works under the direction of others\. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Works from blueprints, interprets engineering requirements and Configuration verifications\. * Knowledgeable of specification, Quality procedures and F/T requirements appropriate to the area of assignment\. * Inspects parts and ensures acceptable appearance, function, tolerances, dimensions and specifications\. * Completes and maintains a variety of inspection paperwork\. * Able to interpret and conform new model engineering change with feedback to Engineering\. * Proficient in business applications as required for the area of work assigned\. * Communicates with the FAA or other external auditors and customers\. * Possess certification/qualifications appropriate to assigned area\. * Ability to perform flight release inspections deeming aircraft are safe for flight\. * Ability to interface with customer or customer representatives as needed on technical topics\. * Ability to operate in a safety sensitive repair station environment\. **Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification and the use of drawings, specifications, basic math and technical knowledge\. A&P License preferred\. **EXPERIENCE:** 0\-3 months relevant experience\.
