Summary: Seeking a Quality Technician to perform inspections, audits, and support quality improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in a technical field or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience

Knowledge of blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T)

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001

Familiarity with AS9102, First Article Inspection & Final Inspection processes

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of 5S discipline and lean six sigma

Capable of performing gage studies

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials and manufactured parts for conformity to specifications

Document inspection activities on appropriate records

Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and forms

Plan and perform internal process audits

Support preparation of operational procedures per ISO requirements

Assist with generating Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages

Perform dimensional inspections and capability studies

Pay: 17-19/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
