Description
Quality Tech will be working 50/50 on the plant floor and lab setting.
Perform Inspections – document and communicate results.
Follow GMP regulations
Perform magnet and metal detector record checks
Conduct ATP swab tests
In the lab, work with lab scale, pH meter and salt analyzer
Daily review of HACCP records.
Perform quality audits
Work with COA's
Keep stock of Laboratory and Production supplies as directed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
HS diploma with science classes and/or lab courses with 6 months-1+ years of manufacturing experience within the food related industry
OR
B.S. degree in Life Sciences with 0 years industry experience
OR
Associates degree in Life Sciences with 6 months-1 year of manufacturing experience within the food related industry
6 months-1+ years of GMP experience
Quality experience- 0-2 years
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
