The Opportunity

This position works out of our Coyol de Alajuela, location in the Structural Heart Division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As the Quality Systems Training Technician II, you’ll have the chance be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of training systems and processes. This includes managing the Learning Management System (LMS) or equivalent platforms, ensuring accurate tracking of employee training records and audiences. This position could support both locally and across multiple sites within the division.

What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain documentation related to audience requests to ensure accurate training records and compliance.

• Supports compliance audits at the Costa Rica facility as required.

• Prepare and maintain the Quality New Hire Orientation material and presentation to ensure consistent onboarding experiences.

• Coordinate the annual retraining material and presentation for team members.

• Prepare LMS or equivalent platforms reports for due trainings, audits, exceptions, investigations, among others.

• Assist customers’ LMS or equivalent platform requests as required.

• Provide support to multi-site customers by addressing LMS requests as needed.

• Review training plans, pre-, and post-release tasks in Windchill system as required.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Having successfully covered at least 40% of the curriculum at the University to obtain the bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or other similar area currently studying. Or University Technical degree.1 year work experience.Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).Intermediate command of English,

Preferred Qualifications

· General knowledge of Learning Management System and Windchill System.

 · At least 1 year experience in medical device industry is a plus.
