Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Quality Systems Technician. This role will take place at our facility in Hodges, SC. The Quality Systems Technician role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS procedures, work instructions, and templates to ensure alignment with standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100. It includes managing document control and change management processes, conducting internal audits to evaluate compliance, and identifying non-conformities followed by corrective actions. Additionally, the role involves leading root cause analysis, tracking effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions, preparing quality data for management review, and conducting QMS-related training sessions. The expected annual salary range for this role is $53253.0 - $78104.4 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** + Develop, implement, and maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, and templates. + Ensure alignment of QMS documents with standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). + Manage document control and change management processes. + Plan and conduct internal audits to evaluate QMS compliance. + Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. + Lead root cause analysis for system-level nonconformities. + Define and track effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions. + Prepare quality data and analysis for management review meetings. + Conduct QMS-related training sessions and ensure personnel follow procedures. + Identify QMS improvement opportunities using trend data, audit results, and feedback. **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. + Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience including at least 6 months of Quality experience. + Eaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship, or support for this position.
