Seeking a Quality Engineer with 2–10 years of experience to support the Midas Rex product line with a focus on change management, design traceability, and risk management.
Job Requirements:
2–10 years of experience in a quality or engineering role
Experience with change management processes
Familiarity with design traceability practices and tools
Knowledge of risk management in product development
Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in a hybrid role
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting medical device or regulated product lines
Background in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to implement quality standards
Create and execute inspection, testing, and evaluation methods for products and equipment
Design or specify inspection tools and quality testing mechanisms
Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis of quality data
Identify and assess non-conformances and determine corrective actions
Ensure corrective actions meet reliability and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation throughout the quality process
Pay Details: $36.00 to $48.00 per hour
