P&G Gillette plant produces double-edge blades (7 O’clock, Astra, Sputnik) and disposable razors (Blue 2, Gillette 2, Permatik) and packages system razors and blades (Gillette Fusion, Mach3, Venus).

We offer an entry to an exciting professional career as a Quality Engineer in one of the best global FMCG companies. You will be responsible for quality systems in the production area.

Responsibilities:

Leading and controlling the quality management systems

Ensuring the achievement of quality targets

Leading projects related to the improvement of quality management systems (including capital projects)

Leading the testing and validation of materials (direct and auxiliary), and working with off-specification materials

Analyzing data related to quality management, followed by corrective and preventive actions

Evaluating and developing quality management systems

Timely updating and preparing documentation (instructions) related to quality management

Conducting root cause analyses of manufacturing defects and other quality deviations

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary 170 700 rubles gross

Job Qualifications

Higher education degree, preferably in the Quality Assurance areas

At least 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar role

English language proficiency at a level not lower than Intermediate

Confident PC user
