Job Purpose:

Quality systems coordinator provides guidance, support and technical expertise to ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards and guidelines with respect to Quality control operations.

Working within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with the Quality Manager providing support to the Quality Assurance department on day to day tasks. Working with the Quality Manager, the job holder will administrate the Quality system in Q-Pulse and support as appropriate customer quality queries, as well as manage the internal communications to the Management team.

Creating and updating various reports – daily/weekly/monthlyProvide data to Business Manager and SalesRespond to customer day to day queriesRaising and reporting Internal and External Deviations in Q-PulseSupporting Customer audits as requestedUpdating and administrating Procedures in Q-PulseWorking with the Management Team and Customer Services Progress chasing – CAPA’s, OFI’sInvestigation of customer queriesDecisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager or Assistant Quality ManagerEnsure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-PulseActively attend Continuous Improvement meetings – produce presentation and minutes (Including 8D and ERR)Manage the Internal CAPA system, communicate overdues to management teamManage the Internal Calibration systemProvide support for Deviation analysis (QC testing/Laboratory as appropriate).Participate and Lead in continuous improvement projects.Lead and assist with conducting Internal and External Quality Management System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions.Creating SOPs for all areasCreating GMP training materials, do trainings, workshopsAnalysing statistical data as and when required.
