Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **We are searching for the best talent** **for Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to be** **in** **Yokneam** **.** The Manager of Quality Systems & Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Quality Systems framework that meets local, international, corporate, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures adherence to quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of compliance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead Quality Systems processes including CAPA, Management Reviews, Documentation Control, Training, External Standards, and Computerized System Life Cycle. + Drive effective CAPA management to ensure timely resolution and compliance with corporate metrics. + Oversee documentation and training systems to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence. + Direct processes that ensure effective deployment and monitoring of Quality Systems. + Mentor and develop QS&C team members, fostering growth and capability building. + Communicate compliance risks, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities to leadership. + Ensure full compliance with company policies, EHS practices, and applicable laws and regulations. + Coordinate with multiple functions on overall Quality Systems strategy, updates, and processes. + Identify ongoing quality or service issues and develop corrective and preventive action plans. + Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making. **Leadership Scope** Manages a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, ensuring effective performance management, workflow optimization, and achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
