As a member of a cross-functional team, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Mondelēz International Quality Compliance Agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with company quality policies.Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal and external requirements.Coordinate and support internal audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up.Lead preparation and participation in external audits and inspections (e.g., IFS, certification bodies, authorities).Monitor and manage metrology processes, including verification and calibration of measuring devices.Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and support training for employees on quality system requirements.

What we are looking for:

Experience in quality management systems (IMS, IFS, ISO standards, or similar).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, and authorities.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 1.900 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
