Make It With Pride.** As a member of a cross-functional team, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Mondelēz International Quality Compliance Agenda. **Key Responsibilities:** + Maintain and oversee the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance with company quality policies. + Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal and external requirements. + Coordinate and support internal audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up. + Lead preparation and participation in external audits and inspections (e.g., IFS, certification bodies, authorities). + Monitor and manage metrology processes, including verification and calibration of measuring devices. + Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and support training for employees on quality system requirements. **What we are looking for:** + Experience in quality management systems (IMS, IFS, ISO standards, or similar). + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, and authorities. + Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
