Summary:
Responsible for leading quality compliance initiatives that drive continuous improvement, inspection readiness, and global QMS alignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with site Quality, segments, and other internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues, maintain global compliance, and ensure inspection readinessStays current with global regulations and supports sites to ensure compliance to global regulatory requirements and Baxter’s QMSProvides site/legal manufacturing support for ISO, MDSAP and MDR certificationAssumes project management responsibilities for assigned regulation and standard changesAssumes project management responsibilities for assigned plant compliance supportAssumes SME ownership of assigned initiatives, as requiredDevelops tools and dashboards to monitor progress to project due dates, milestones, and regulatory/business commitmentsCollaborates with SMEs/Site Quality Heads/Leads to maintain project strategy and to remove and/or escalate project barriersReports compliance initiatives to Senior Management and Quality Strategy TeamProvides external audit support, as requiredQualifications:
Project Management experienceStrong leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuccess working with multi-functional and global teamsExcellent interpersonal/influencing/negotiation skillsAbility to engage and motivate othersKnowledge of QMS, manufacturing operations, and country regulations/international standardsAccomplishes objectives despite obstacles and setbacksEducation and/or Experience:
