Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, plus 5 years’ related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience or associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field, plus 2 years related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this positionExperience working with either ISO9001 or AS9100 QMS standardsKnowledge and experience with quality tools, such as CAPA, six-sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem solving techniques, root-cause-analysis.Preferred Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY
The Central Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Central Quality Department. leading various quality systems including, but not limited to, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal and external auditing, document control / change management, and supplier quality.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee Certified Operator program which includes Quality Training for Operators and Operator Audits
Oversee Data Management
Oversee Designated Source Quality Representative (DSQR) program
Oversee the management of MRB
Effectively communicate and reinforce commitment to quality systems and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with the analysis of data and metrics, generate relevant reports and lead improvement initiatives, as directed.
Participate in the quality reporting and management review process.
Provide technical support to Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales.
Other duties, as assigned by the Quality Manager
