Job Purpose:

To ensure that all aspects of projects meet established quality standards, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Quality Planning:

\n\nDevelop and maintain the project quality plan.\nDefine quality criteria and performance metrics.\n\n

Monitoring and Evaluation:

\n\nConduct periodic audits and reviews of project processes and deliverables.\nIdentify deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions.\n\n

Documentation Management:

\n\nEnsure proper documentation of processes, procedures, and quality results.\nMaintain records of audits and reviews.\n\n

Training and Development:

\n\nTrain project team members on quality standards and procedures.\nPromote a culture of quality within the team.\n\n

Communication:

\n\nInform senior management about the status of quality in projects.\nFacilitate communication between teams to resolve quality issues.\n\n

Continuous Improvement:

\n\nPropose improvements to quality management processes.\nImplement new tools and techniques to enhance project quality.\nWho we are looking for:\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in project quality management, preferably in automotive sector.\n Certifications in quality management: ISO 9001 2015 and  IATF 16949:201, preferably Vda 6.3 and 6.1\nKnowledge of project management tools and quality software.\n Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.\nResults-oriented and attention to detail.\nAdvanced English\n\n
