Job Purpose:

This profile is key to ensuring the quality and safety of food products, complying with the regulations and standards required by authorities and the market.

Key Responsibilities:\nSupervise and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in the warehouse.\nPlan and conduct internal and external audits, as well as coordinate COFEPRIS audits.\nMaintain and update the quality management system, ensuring that all processes are documented and followed properly.\nTrain and develop staff on quality and food safety topics.\nImplement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure quality at all stages of the production process.\nWho We Are Looking For:\nLeadership: Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.\nCommunication: Skills to effectively interact with different levels of the organization and regulatory entities.\nNegotiation: Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with suppliers and customers.\nSpecific knowledge as: FSSC2200, SQF, BRCGS, NOM - 081, NOM 120 and NOM 251\nAdvanced English\n\n\nAvailability: To work in Ciénega de Flores, N.L.\n\n
