This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Quality Engineer in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Being the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, cooperating closely with other business functions and suppliers.

Acting as the point of reference for Customers in the management of non-conformities.

Acting as the point of reference for Customers during process audits/visits to ensure compliance with working practices and procedures.

Being responsible for managing all quality data accurately in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as part of continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the role

You hold a master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

You have Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis

You have almost 1/2 years of experience in quality. Highly adept in Microsoft office, skilled in general with IT tools. Statistical analysis software would be considered a plus.

You are at ease communicating in italian and english (level B2)
