Position Summary

Quality Assurance Engineer assisting with testing and validation of FX execution app suite

Required Qualifications

Exceptional QA analytical skills with emphasis on test plan creation, planning, and execution6+ years of experience with QA testing of enterprise systemsExceptional manual and automation testing skillsKnowledge or experience of agile development (primarily SCRUM) and continuous integrationExcellent problem solving and analytical skills in a high-pressure environment. Understanding of Messaging Middleware concepts, usage, and applicationAbility to demonstrate working knowledge of database and Unix systems.Candidate must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.Solid knowledge of contemporary development processes, build environments and testing toolsComfortable in communicating with business users

Desired Qualifications

Experience creating automated tests (i.e. Cucumber, Selenium, custom frameworks)Knowledge or experience using BDD tests and/or Cucumber testing framework.Experience with testing automation via UFTExperience with UNIX systems and understanding shell-based log file review commandsExperience working in a front office e-trading platform development teamExperience working with global development teamsElectronic trading application testing skillsExperience testing large scale order execution and trading platforms
