**Position Summary:**
Position is with the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (GCIBT) Anti Money Laundering (AML) Program’s technology team.
Responsible for test planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined quality and testing deliverables which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Act as single point of contact for all testing for the initiative and facilitate testing efforts for releases across multiple applications. Establish and facilitate communication between testing and development teams; and responsible for planning, overseeing and managing full end to end testing view of the initiative.
Responsibilities may include:
+ Confirming availability of test resources (people, environments, data, etc.) ,
+ Communications: overall initiative test schedule to all appropriate parties,
+ Work with Senior Tech Managers to develop key reporting metrics and status reporting for quality/testing; track status and completion of test deliverables across teams for the initiative
+ Provide status of end to end testing efforts for all application testing
+ Provide support for test phases as required
+ Participate in quality of documentation, including but not limited to, HLDs, BRDs, BRD review/signoff, HLD/LLD development as appropriate
+ Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program.
+ Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline and cost.
+ Assist in managing financials/SQA forecasts for the program, assist with resource planning, and facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
+ Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders
+ Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
+ Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
+ Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations
+ Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/ impediment removal
+ Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
+ Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
+ Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards
+ Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program
+ Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years experience leading technical projects with people process impacts through full change management lifecycle
+ Self-starter, able to work in situations not well defined and develop project team routines and structure
+ Proven success working in matrixed environments including multiple business, operations, technology and compliance partners
+ Highly effective communication and collaboration in meetings and informal channels, including tailoring messages based on team or executive audience. This includes clear and concise written communications.
+ Strong cross-team coordination, influence and negotiation skills
+ Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies and use of Jira; Waterfall knowledge also beneficial
+ Strong command of MS Office and Webex meeting facilitation
+ Create consolidated test plan(s) for releases to include 360-view of all testing related activities, tasks and deliverables.
+ Identify test teams including test leads for each test cycle/phase
+ Consolidate all information from test teams for a consolidated view of testing for the initiative
+ Review consolidate test plan as required with appropriate parties
+ Coordinate cross-application test scenario planning
+ Resolve discrepancies and issues related to cross application testing efforts
+ Facilitate communications between test teams
+ Schedule/coordinate test environments
+ Coordinate test preparation activities including test case/script development, identification of interdependencies, test scheduling, test condition definitions upstream/downstream, etc. Experience managing projects, coaching cross-functional team or leading iterative development teams.
+ Manage testing throughout all test cycles/phases (i.e., unit, CIT, SIT, Performance, UAT, Dress Rehearsal and Production Certification) to ensure completion of all test deliverables
+ Provide consolidated test execution status for the initiative
+ Act as central communication point for testing
+ Escalate risks/ issues identified during testing to appropriate parties
+ Communicate test condition changes to application test leads (e.g., changes to timeframes, environment changes/issues, etc. )
+ Create consolidated defect reporting
+ Lead cross team defect management meeting if required
+ Monitor each test team’s defect status and backlog – escalate risk areas as appropriate
+ Provide execution and defect status, including metrics, reporting as required
+ Document and ensure Entry/Exit criteria for each test cycle/phase is completed
+ Signoffs, artifacts, etc. in Discovery and recorded, appropriately, for audit
+ Coordinate production certification activities, if required
+ Ensure test survey is completed and results communicated to appropriate parties
+ Summarize test efforts for release(s), including lessons learned
+ Strong communication and facilitation skills
+ Experience building strong relationships across the organization
+ Demonstrated leadership with proven ability to motivate, negotiate and resolve conflict
+ Demonstrated use of diplomacy, tact and composure in high-pressure situation
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Pega experience
+ Solid understanding of web technologies, architecture and complex systems
+ Previous Bank of America experience, especially with leading projects using enterprise change standards processes and tools.
+ Banking industry experience with AML and/or treasury and markets products and services
