As a Quality Specialist you will be responsible for:
Understanding of Bill of Materials, relevant materials certifications and specifications.
Working with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (SAP, Oracle BHOS, Agility, LIMS, etc)
Data review and completeness of all records and operations reviewed.
Performing databooks/product specifications compilations and ensure accuracy prior uploading to Baker Hughes repository system or handing to customer’s inspector/representative to review prior assembly or products final release.
Collaborating with quality control and manufacturing planning preparing products databooks/product specification and customers inspection scheduling.
Participating in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis.
Driving quality culture to their plant.
Ensuring the structure, quality of presentation and legibility of databooks meet the customer’s requirements and the Baker Hughes standards.
Liaising with the Plant Manager, Project Quality Engineer, and Project planner to establish the customer and Baker Hughes MRB documentation.
Supporting the generation of KPI’s reporting using MS Excel, ERP, and /or Support center.
Focal point for customer and Independent Competent Body (ICB) interaction including notifications and punch list management.
Time booking hours for the project.
Reporting progress of the records compilation progress to customer.
Following the competency management program requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Technical diploma or 3 years Bachelor's degree
Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes;
Ability to manage big data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
