**Job Description:** **Key Deliverables to Demonstrate Success in 12 months:** Sustainable performance of delivering accurate Certificate of Analysis as promise. Managing the Customer Complaint process, investigation and resolutions. Lab equipment management and repairs. Resolve daily production quality issues. Develop repeatable processes for lab testing. **Skills and Experience Needed** + Technical Expertise. + 2+ years QA/QC experience as a Quality specialist or equivalent. **Core Competencies:** Process Orientation + Seeks a detailed understanding of each process looking for ways to simplify and improve them. + Uses metrics to evaluate performance. + Focuses on both process and results measures + Incorporates “voice of the customer” on all process improvement activities Teamwork + Balances team and individual responsibilities + Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views + Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
