**Job Description:** **Key Deliverables to Demonstrate Success in 12 months:** Sustainable performance of delivering accurate Certificate of Analysis as promise. Managing the Customer Complaint process, investigation and resolutions. Lab equipment management and repairs. Resolve daily production quality issues.
