You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Your tasks include:

Coordinate and partially perform sampling, analytical, microbiological and sensory testing of products and environment, following the requirements of standards, laws, specifications and customer requirements.Ensure that only products whose quality and product safety meet the specification requirements are released. Managing & leading the hold & release process.Ensure that analytical certificates comply with the quality requirements of raw materials and packaging material.Ensure that laboratory work is carried out according to ' Good Laboratory Practice ' (GLP), legal and Company/intra-group requirements, official methods, preventive and corrective measures concerning product, water and airContinuous improvement of processes and organisation

What you will bring

University degree in chemistry food science or related science studies with practical experience or chemical laboratory assistant with several years of experienceEntrepreneurial thinking and actingAbility to enforce quality, safety and environmental protection requirementsReliable, unsolicited, committed, self-reliant, ability to keep an overview in hectic situations, team-playerCoaching and communication skillsAble to make decisions independently and to enforce them, strong coordinating skills3-4 years of experience in the field of food and quality assuranceAdvanced expertise in a food labFluency in spoken and written German and English

Expertise in Microbiology, HACCP, GMP from the food industryVery good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAPWillingness to develop their own continuous trainingProject management, EVT.
