SUMMARY

The Quality Data Products Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives within the Quality Data and Technologies product team. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals, drive Agile practices, and maintain high standards of quality and performance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Delivery & Backlog Management

Collaborate with the Business Product Owner to prioritize and refine the team backlog based on business value and strategy. Define sprint goals and delivery plans, including scope, milestones, and timelines. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Agile Facilitation & Team Support

Lead Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement across the team. Remove impediments and foster smooth collaboration. Uphold Scrum values and team dynamics.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients. Ensure transparency around sprint progress, backlog changes, and strategic shifts. Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization meetings to respond to market and customer needs.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

Define and monitor quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement control measures. Identify and manage delivery risks, including developing contingency plans.

Leadership & Mentorship

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support skill development and task completion. Share best practices and updates related to product releases and changes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in delivery or project management roles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments.

COMPENSATION 

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 to $153,784.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
