Quality Services Manager
Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in the Twin Cities in their search for a Clinical Quality Services Manager. This position will manage a team of QA Specialists and will focus on improving outcomes through clinically driven audits and training. The role combines clinical oversight with quality assurance strategy, and will help shape best practices and benchmarks for their QA team. Responsibilities: + Provide clinical oversight for quality assurance operations, including audits, training, and continuous improvement efforts + Lead and manage a team of QA Specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth + Develop and maintain departmental scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics + Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement strategies to address them + Collaborate with internal leadership to refine QA standards and improve client satisfaction + Oversee departmental scheduling, training, performance reviews, and team development + Serve as a clinical escalation point for complex cases or customer concerns Requirements Qualifications: + Master’s or doctorate in clinical or forensic psychology (required) + Active psychologist licensure at the master's or doctorate level in your state of residence (required) + Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience, including psychological assessments and testing + At least 2 years of team management experience, ideally within healthcare or disability services + Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills + Previous experience with QA, clinical process improvement, or compliance is a plus Salary & Benefits: + Targeted Salary Range is $82-93K + Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) + PTO + Paid Holidays Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
