JOB SUMMARY Lead and guide the respective Quality Engineering section to operate with a high level of efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + In-depth knowledge of applicable ISO standards: + ISO 14644 (Parts 1 and 2) + ISO 14698 (Biocontamination) + ISO 17141 (Microbiological control) + VDA 19 / ISO 16232 (Technical cleanliness in automotive) + Experience in the design, operation, and validation of cleanrooms: + Classification of clean areas + Airflows (laminar/turbulent) + Pressure, temperature, and humidity differentials + Mastery of environmental monitoring techniques: + Particle counters + Microbiological sampling (air, surfaces, personnel) + Analysis of residues and non-viable particles + Knowledge in technical cleanliness: + Extraction methods (washing, ultrasound, filtration) + Gravimetric and microscopic analysis + Interpretation of results according to VDA 19 / ISO 16232 + Risk management and contamination control: + HACCP, QRM, FMEA + Cleaning and disinfection procedures + Validation of cleaning processes JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS + Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) + Skill in training personnel in cleanroom best practices (GMP, gowning, etc.) + Handling of internal and external audits (FDA, ISO, clients) + Data analysis and preparation of technical reports + Technical English (reading standards, writing reports) TEN CUIDADO CON LOS FRAUDES: Las oportunidades laborales legítimas en Jabil se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web oficial Jabil.com.
