Job Description Summary

Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.

Other professional qualifications required for filling the position: 

BSC/MSC degree is required 

1 year data processing or real estate operation experience in international environment is required 

Data abstraction experience is required 

Foreign language skills required for filling the position: 

English language upper intermediate  

Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage 

Required skills for filling the position: 

Strong IT literacy  

Intermediate MS Office 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Excellent problem-solving skills 

Strong analytical mindset  

Able to work independently and in a team 

Strong work ethic 

Flexibility during times of change 

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Responsibilities of the jobholder: 

Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls 

Delivering the contracted service level 

Regular tasks: 

Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver: 

Compare abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation 

Production of database reports 

Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload 

Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team 

Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
