Job Description As a Quality Review Analyst (QRA), you will provide analysis and review of scopes of work, change orders, desk estimates, and associated budgets for properties requiring light and/or heavy construction. You will also provide review and guidance on which internal teams will perform construction work on made ready homes, turns and new acquisitions. The position will provide regional process support and oversight for the single-family construction function in multiple regional markets. Working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, this position will provide property level review/approval using 360° mapping technology, photos and field reporting. This includes, but not limited to price verifications and troubleshooting and will also be capable of evaluating 3rd party bids and roof or structural reports. This role will also act as a subject matter expert of the construction services standards and processes. Skills and Requirements Five or more years of experience as scope reviewer, cost estimator, construction management or residential construction insurance adjustment experience Excellent computer skills, proficient with: Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce. Strong knowledge of the basic workings of roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems. Good organizational ability, attention to detail & high-performance standards. Strong communication skills (both verbal & written); ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers.
