Remote (U.S.-based) ?? 35–50% Global Travel ? 1st Shift 12 month Contract position We’re hiring an experienced Food Safety / Quality Systems professional to lead global internal food safety and quality system assessments across a worldwide manufacturing network. This contract role is ideal for a senior?level consultant or independent auditor with deep expertise in GFSI certification schemes and food manufacturing environments. Scope of Work: ? Plan and execute global food safety & quality system assessments ? Lead corrective action efforts for critical and major non?conformities ? Serve as SME for GFSI standards (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000) ? Partner with internal audit, manufacturing leadership, and third?party auditors ? Represent the company with certification bodies and industry working groups Ideal Background: ? 10+ years QA / Food Safety experience in CPG or food manufacturing ? HACCP & PCQI required ? GFSI certification experience (SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000); Lead Auditor preferred ?
