Quality Project Manager
\#EOS \#LIPHIIN **Job title:** Quality Project Manager lead a Transformation Program driving Quality, Compliance and Standardization which improves customer experience. Improve agility and integration of critical processes across the organization to better serve customers and improve Quality. We are looking for an expert **Program** **Manager with experience in Medica device Quality and Regulatory domain.** **Your role:** **You are responsible for** Successful completion of Quality and Compliance Program across Image Guided Therapy Cluster with focus on Standardization, and Consolidation of Legal manufacturer, Management and Quality Management Systems. Globally lead and manage the program across the cluster working with Management Teams, Site leaders, Deployment leads and execution teams. Manage strategy and program road map, resources, and budget to successfully meet cluster and business commitments. Manage stakeholders with conflicting priorities in a complex organization to deliver results. Lead, monitor a and report out on Program progress to different layers within the organization. Direct employees and give operational guidance, both technically and organizationally. Build communication bridges and ensure effective cross functional implementation across the organization working with corporate and local businesses. Develop and guide the overall governance & program management structure for initiatives/transformation/continuous improvement projects including operating plans and way of working using key project management tools (Risk Management Plan, Program/Project Plan, Schedule, Resource Plan, Daily Management, RACIs, etc.) to mitigate risks, provide clear direction and ensure execution. Ensure transformation/continuous improvement projects are delivered on time/budget and with the agreed-upon scope. You will work closely with process owners, functions, and initiative owners to deliver tools and standardized processes. **You are a part of** A path towards your most rewarding career. You will be part of IGT Quality team and global Philips Q&R organization and will be reporting to the IGT Quality PMO. **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience** + Bachelor degree required, Master degree preferred plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience in innovation, strategy, operations, business environment. + Excellent process improvement/lean experience, managing large, multi-site project/programs within complex cross-functional organizations and/or environment with several disciplines + Strong industry standard Project Management knowledge and application of tools and techniques (MS Project, PMBOK) and ability to execute continuous improvement methodologies, tools and problem solving techniques + Demonstrated change management, communication interpersonal skills, including verbal and content at multiple levels within organization + Able to coordinate between different functions and ensure integrated plan will be executed. + Experience in a large multinational company. + Ability to drive decision-making while concisely communicating detailed information and strategic decisions to project partners of all levels + Experienced in leading and influencing teams in a virtual, global/multi- cultural, cross functional and multi-location matrixed organization + Proactive and able to act on own initiative + Can operate both on strategical and tactical level w.r.t. project approach, priorities, risk management etc. + Experience in medical device industry with an understanding of Legal Manufacturers, Management and Quality Management Systems. + Ability to train, coach and motivate people. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
