Meet annual departmental goals • Develop quality plans from customer requirements, external standards, and internal procedures to mitigate risk, be the contact for customer quality concerns. • Lead customer scorecard improvements. • Leader/member of corrective action teams. ISO / AS internal auditor. • Maintaining a positive quality reputation with assigned customers. • Implement containment activities, as required, to protect the customer of repeat non-conformances. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills and Requirements Education and Experience: • Associates degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Quality Assurance functions, with adequate experience using inspection and test equipment. • ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Technician, or Engineer.
