Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division in Americas.

You will be mainly accountable for:Collaborate in developing and improving essential quality documentation, including quality gates, work instructions, visual aids, and rework instructions for current and new production lines.Contribute to the development of digital quality checklists to enhance efficiency. Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on defining action plans during quality circle meetingsSeeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Students from careers like industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or related.Advanced English level.Proactive & Communication Skills.Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Knowledge of Quality standards.
