Quality Process Improvement Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Quality Process Improvement Specialist to lead and support advanced quality processes and improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, supply chain, management, business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 4 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly operations, quality, engineering (design or manufacturing), and materials/procurement; preferably in aerospace electronics. Certified Green Belt or equivalent; Lean Expert or Black Belt preferred. Experience with Automotive or Aerospace products preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with quality assurance processes including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action, Lean Six Sigma projects, 5S, 3P, FMEA.

Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote support at customer sites. Coordinate with customers to determine schedule and requirements for projects. Lead root-cause-analysis activities using Quality principles and techniques. Conduct follow-up audits to review effectiveness of corrective actions. Collect and use statistical data for monitoring trends. Maintain and update QMS documents as needed. Provide training in First-Article Inspection, Six Sigma techniques, Manufacturing Process Control.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $44.00 per hour
