Quality Ops Specialist

Summary: Seeking a Quality Ops Specialist to develop conformity packages and ensure compliance with Bell's quality management system and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required 7-10 years of experience in developing and writing internal procedures and creating training classes Experience at a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project & Visio) Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Corrective Action & Continuous Improvement Methodology, including Statistical Analysis & Project Management techniques

Responsibilities:

Maintain, update, and revise QMS Procedures Revise Repair Station Training Manual and Quality Manual Create procedures for FAA Roster of Technicians Update training records for Repair Station employees Develop drug and alcohol testing procedure for Repair Stations Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
