**Quality Operator** **YOUR OPPORTUNITY** This opportunity will suit a person with a knowledge of SAP, calibration and experience in the factory environment. You will work as part of a laboratory team in a NATA accredited environment and will be focussed on the varied analysis of food products and related ingredients. Flexibility is required for daily changes in laboratory work. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** The successful candidate will be responsible for: + Performing analyses and reporting on results + Sampling as required + Validation and calibration of analysis equipment + Supporting the investigation of any out of specification results + Assisting with sensory panels + Sending of Inter-laboratory samples + Relieving in other laboratory areas, including sensory, raw materials, pathogen and microbiological analysis + Laboratory continuous improvement initiatives **THE OPPORTUNITY** To be suited to the role you will: + A degree in food science/science will be highly regarded (People completing their studies and those with diplomas are also encouraged to apply) + Strong communication skills + An ability to multi-task and deliver repeatable accurate results + A strong interest in working in the Quality Assurance area + A culture of working in a team environment + The ability to be flexible and adapt at short notice _Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency._
