Summary: Seeking a Quality Operations Specialist with expertise in aerospace quality standards, GD&T, and advanced quality planning for composite and machined parts.
Requirements:
Associate college degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of quality experience, preferably in aerospace or aviation manufacturing planning. Extensive GD&T experience with machined and composite parts. Proficiency in AS9100/AS9102 standards and First Article Inspection planning. Ability to interpret complex models using Catia V6 & 3DX. Experience with MES systems: CAMS, SAP ECC, SAP PEO.Responsibilities:
Build and revise First Article Inspection Plans and Quality Inspection Instructions for complex components. Serve as Planning Review Board member for Quality compliance. Interface with end users, customers, and subcontractors on various issues. Support development of new aircraft, legacy products, and advanced Quality technology implementation.Pay Details: $27.00 to $37.00 per hour
