Job Title: Quality Officer - Offshore Energy Infrastructure

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week, some travel required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Officer to manage all quality-related activities within a major offshore energy infrastructure package. The role involves ensuring compliance with project quality standards and acting as the key link between Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for QA topics within the package. Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System. Review and approve quality documentation from contractors and subcontractors. Support internal and external audits. Assist QC activities during delivery stages and manage non-conformities. Promote adherence to project processes and procedures.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Management. Technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent experience. Strong computer and data management skills. Excellent organisational and document management capabilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in offshore, EPCI, maritime, or civil works projects is an advantage.
