Quality Officer
Seeking a detail-oriented individual who can provide technical expertise and support to customers

As a Quality Officer with DHL Supply Chain Australia, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits, ensuring the highest standards of repair quality and service accuracy. In line with the Quality Control Plan, your responsibilities will include:

\n\nAssessing Manufacturer repairs to ensure repair quality\nEvaluating devices for accurate grading and disposition\nAssessing after sales service claims to ensure accurate assessment outcomes\nProvide weekly quality reporting to the After Sales and Reverse Logistics Manager\nServe as the technical point of contact (POC) on site for device-related escalations and queries.\nProvide excellent service to both internal and external customers, assisting with escalations and issues as required\n\n

To be successful in this role, you will have: \nProven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the logistics, manufacturing, or technology sectors\nStrong understanding of repair processes and quality assessment methodologies\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to train and mentor team members effectively\nStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset\nFamiliarity with After Sales and Reverse Logistics processes is an advantage\n\n
