As the Farm Out Suppliers Manufacturing Leader, you will oversee supplier quality performance, leading cross-functional initiatives to meet high standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and support audits. Guide our PQE teams, support supplier development, and ensures alignment with business goals, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation timelines.
As a Quality Manufacturing Leader, you will be responsible for:
Developing and leading projects to reduce Cost of Quality and escaping defects across production and suppliers.Overseeing NCA/RCA processes, validate CAPA effectiveness, and support continuous improvement sessions.Reassessing farm-out suppliers, verify qualifications, and manage surveillance plans based on risk.Identifying critical components/processes for increased Baker Hughes inspection and evaluate supplier inspection delegation.Interfacing with Plant, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement leaders to resolve quality issues.Developing team expertise in technical areas, quality, culture, and align with core company values.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a STEM degree with solid experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA,QC, or Operations Leadership roles.Have excellent technical expertise in energy sector, with analytical nd problem solving skills.Be fluent in English, be an effective communicator across functions and levels.Be able to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to both strategic and tactical goals.Be a change agent with a quality mindset, customer focus, and excellent team collaboration skills.Work in a way that works for you
