Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Quality Manager. **What you’ll do:** The Plant Quality Manager leads the entire Quality function to ensure plant performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role maintains full ownership of EQMS, ISO 9001:2015, compliance systems, audit readiness, process controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing operations. \#Li-SL4 **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and develop the Quality organization, including Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, Document Control, Calibration, and Supplier Quality teams. + Drive performance of critical quality KPIs: Customer PPM, Internal PPM, Supplier PPM, audit performance, validation data, alerts, and overall plant quality metrics. + Ensure robust implementation and sustainability of EQMS, ISO 9001:2015, OpA readiness, and third‑party certifications. + Oversee PFMEA, MSA, capability studies, problem solving, and full CAPA execution for customer, internal, and supplier issues. + Lead customer complaint containment, root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and communication with stakeholders. + Manage Supplier Quality performance, APQP/PPAP, non‑conformance reporting, supplier claims, and incoming inspections. + Support New Product Development, validations, and product line transfers through ProLaunch methodologies. + Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, including scrap reduction, CONC reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization. + Ensure compliance with all EHS (MESH) policies, ISO 14001, and monthly safety inspections. + Contribute to functional strategy aligned with annual profit plans and Strategy Deployment processes. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7 years in Quality leadership roles within manufacturing. Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, technical statistics, ISO 9001:2015, EQMS, OpA, CAPA methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto), and quality systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, AS400, Minitab, Power BI, and related tools.
