Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager with expertise in mechanical engineering and military parts inspection to oversee quality management systems and supervise inspection teams.
Mechanical Engineering Degree or extensive experience in machined parts inspection
Managerial experience supervising quality inspectors
Hands-on inspection experience required
Experience with Military Land/Air/Sea parts (MIL SPEC)
ISO Knowledge & AS9120:2016 background
Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and maintain Quality Management System processes
Supervise inspections, drawings library, and C of C system
Submit material and documentation to source inspectors
Directly supervise M&TE and its calibration cycle
Program and train on Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM)
Train inspection personnel
Inspect incoming/outgoing material, make acceptance/rejection decisions, document outcomes
Verify inputs from internal suppliers before delivery to internal customers
Lead daily inspection activities and monitor team performance
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
