Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Control Supervisor. This role involves leading and supervising a team to uphold and enhance our quality control standards, ensuring our products meet both company and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently execute predetermined work assignments and address problems of moderate scope.Direct subordinates to complete assignments following established guidelines, procedures, and policies, using experience and judgment for deviations.Ensure subordinate work delivery aligns with operational and contractual obligations.Possess full knowledge of the functional area, coaching team members to handle and resolve issues of moderate scope.Collaborate with peer managers and client representatives outside own work group.Build productive internal and external working relationships, spending time on individual tasks related to the unit.Monitor daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.Supervise a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work, and maintaining schedules.Report to Manager/Sr. Manager, coaching entry-level supervisors, and assisting manager with routine issues.

Quality Control Focus:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems activities.Oversee the development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.Ensure finished products conform to government and company standards and regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Experienced professional in a supervisory role.Ability to execute work assignments independently.Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.Proficient in developing and implementing quality control standards.Experience in supervising and coaching employees, managing schedules, and maintaining operational standards.Knowledgeable in government and company standards for product quality.
