E2M has a wealth of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for a wide variety of applications such as vehicle simulation (aircraft, cars, trains, etc.), entertainment rides, research and development applications and more. E2M products are exported and serviced worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Mijdrecht. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and take ownership of our Quality Management System and EHS programs.
 Key Responsibilities
As our Quality Manager, you will:Oversee, maintain, and develop the company’s ISO Quality Management System, including training across the organization.Lead planning and coordination of activities to maintain quality certifications.Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.Develop and implement new procedures and work instructions as needed.Conduct internal and process audits of the QMS.Analyze quality data and recommend corrective or preventive actions.Manage quality reports, documentation, and customer-related inquiries.Drive and manage continuous improvement and sustainability (USa: Understand, Simplify, act) projects through the entire processes of the company (from quoting to delivering/Servicing) and in collaboration with the Management teamCollaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams to oversee Supplier Quality Management, internal Quality Control, and Process Control.Investigate customer needs and develop strategies to meet and exceed their expectations.
