Requirements
Strong mathematical aptitude
Mechanical skill and manual dexterity
Ability to use a wide range of precision measurement devices
Knowledge of inspection processes and company policies
Experience in reporting quality issues to senior management
Preferred Skills
Ability to interact with external parties on quality matters
Experience participating in management reviews and external audits
Responsibilities
Read travelers, process sheets, drawings, and specifications to determine inspection requirements
Perform precision inspections on machined parts using measurement tools
Conduct inspections following company and customer inspection plans
Document inspection results as required by procedures
Provide guidance to operators on inspection techniques
Notify management of identified nonconformances
Report on quality issues to senior management for review and improvement
Participate in management reviews and company meetings
Support scheduled audits by external parties
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per year
