We take pride in our vision to be "world's best", it's why we work harder, invest more, and continually innovate. + Leads and manages daily Quality operations, ensuring production and quality standards are met through effective staffing, scheduling, and supervision. + Drives employee engagementby coaching and developing the Quality team through training programs, performance recognition, and internal development initiatives. + Fosters a culture of safety and accountability, overseeing departmental safety programs, setting clear safety standards, and leading by example. + Oversees food safety and sanitation compliance, ensuring adherence to HACCP, SQF, and Corporate Quality policies, while coordinating customer issue resolution. + Educates plant personnel on Quality Systems, including documentation, lab practices, product grading, and compliance protocols. + Builds strong cross-functional relationshipsacross the plant, promotes open communication, and develops strategies for addressing employee questions and concerns. + Manages department budget and efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and achieving financial goals.
